Flip

So next time you are lying on your Renewdle®... just about to doze off into a deeeeep sleep, flip over and place the Renewdle® crosswise under your thighs. Just above the knee is usually the most tight area. Tight thighs are a major contributor to back and knee pain. Plus this feels really good. Anyway, you will probably fall asleep so fast with the Renewdle® behind you back that you won't even have time to think about it, but if you do, try it sometime.
